Differences in Wii Fit Plus
There are many differences in the new Wii Plus so lets have a look at some of them.
The first thing that may stand out to the old users is the amount of mini games they have added to this version. The old version had a few but now there are 15 more. Not only do these mini games get your heart pumping but they really are a lot of fun. Things like snow ball fights and becoming a bird by flapping your wings is something that everyone will have fun with. The running games are good too but as usual they tend to be a little more bland then the others.
Another major difference is all of the new workouts that were added. You now have many more options for yoga and strength training exercises. This is really great for those who want to take the Wii Fit more seriously and really want to get a good solid workout. I have personally found a mixture of both is the best bet to a fun and productive workout.
Another thing you might notice is the calorie counter. This is something I have really liked and think that many people will too. It brings the game into more of an all around health and diet device rather then just a game per say.
This will give you a gauge of how many calories you have burned over your workout and it will also give calories burned overall throughout the day. If you do a few different sessions per day on the Wii it can really add to a more enjoyable experience. It is almost like raking up a high score or something. It gives the game a way to count your progress.
All in all these new additions are great and make for a more complete and enjoyable experience. Check out Wii Fit Plus Review for a more detailed look at the Nintendo Wii Fit Plus.
